At Monsgeek EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated EU distribution center using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
